Writing My Business Plan

I've been making chili for almost 15 years. I started back in 1993 while I was living in Florida. I have spent a long time perfecting my recipes and plan on opening my first restaurant in Southern Arizona by 2010.

I'm currently writing my business plan and expect it to be completed within the next 2 months. I expect the restaurant to cost between $120,000 - $150,000 but expect to be able to attract investers.

I will be posting my recipes weekly on this blog. You may post your recipes on here as well.
